Jane Sutton - Hand Therapist
Jane is the resident hand therapist at Sandhurst Plastic Surgery and Sandhurst Hand Therapy.
Jane grew up in the Murray Mallee region and completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 1995 at Lincoln Institute (La Trobe University). Since then she has gained extensive experience in physical and upper limb rehabilitation. Jane has completed a postgraduate certificate in Allied Health (UL) from Derby University (UK) and is currently undertaking study towards her Certified Hand Therapy exam.
Ingrid Handberg - Executive Assistant to Mr Snell
Ingrid is the smiling face behind the smooth operation of Sandhurst Plastic Surgery. Her role as chief liaison to Mr. Snell, our principal surgeon, ensures efficient time management and allows him to provide the best possible care for our patients. Ingrid's role includes organising information for patients, dates for surgery and post-operative care and is your key resource for an easy and comfortable procedure. She is also responsible for practice finances and patient accounts and is happy to be your contact for all account related queries. Passionate about the customer experience, Ingrid’s aim is to ensure you receive exceptional service while in our care.
Kelly Spiteri - Practice Nurse
With over 15 years nursing experience Kelly is equipped with a breadth and depth of clinical knowledge. Postgraduate surgical qualifications ensure an excellent level of clinical care for all of our patients. Kelly's role offers continuity of care guiding patients before surgery, alleviating concerns and sharing experiences, through to post surgery care and support. Kelly has a passion for helping people and a keen eye for facial aesthetics. Her interest in aesthetics and her clinical knowledge enables her to blend the art and science of clinical injectables for optimal results. Kelly prides herself on giving her clients a very natural and youthful look. Kelly regularly attends seminars and workshops to keep conversant of all current trends in the industry.
Jeannine Maxted - Clinical Nurse
After beginning her nursing studies in London in 2006, Jeannine completed a Bachelor of Nursing degree at La Trobe University in Bendigo in 2012. Jeannine's interest in Plastic Surgery began when she was managing the Admission Department of a specialist Plastics Clinic in West London in 2006. Her experience in the health care environment has resulted in an ability to deal successfully with the demands of a busy and diverse patient base. In addition to Jeannine's clinical skills, she possesses strong communication skills and a calm demeanour which our patients appreciate. Jeannine enjoy's working with patients and strives to make you feel confident and secure by providing compassionate care and exceptional service. Jeannine recognises that every patient is unique and is dedicated to addressing all patients’ expectations to help them achieve the best possible outcomes.
Shantael Dryden - Receptionist
As our receptionist, Shantael is the first friendly face you will see when you visit the practice. Shantael takes the time to answer any and all questions that you may have, in person, over the phone or via email. Shantael is there to assist at every stage of your journey from registration and arrival through to payments and future appointments. Shantael is always cheerful and friendly with her priority to ensure that your visit to our clinic is a smooth and pleasant one. She is a perfect match for our reception team.
